La Menuda patisserie: an innovative experience
La Menuda opened its doors at the beginning of 2023, with the idea of offering fresh, light and quality products.
Its workshop is small and 100% artisanal. They reduce sugars to the maximum, adapt to different intolerances and food values and want to make known a more conscious pastry. Among its specialties, you can’t miss tasting the individual cakes, the pastries -baked every morning-, the seasonal creams and jams, the cookies and different tea pastries, its granola and its range of chocolate products.
La poma (the apple) is an individual that has had a very important weight in the pastry shop’s showcase since day one. Made from a caramelized Girona apple interior, a 100% natural vanilla milk mousse, a gluten-free cinnamon and almond crunch and, finally, a thin layer of 35% Ivoire chocolate, it encompasses flavor, proximity, care and elegance.
