The Centre Excursionista de Banyoles is an organization that was founded in 1953.

The Centre Excursionista is currently made up of several sections such as excursions (family, mountain, climbing), fine arts (philately, photography, ceramics, painting, bonsai). They also host several popular events throughout the year.
