This is one of the last pesqueres renovated in the Catalan Rationalist style. Rather discreet in appearance, the entrance façade is made of Banyoles stone and the roof is inclined on one side, without tiles. It has small openings on the promenade façade that were planned for a shower service that was never built.
It was designed in 1962, by the Banyoles architect Francesc Figueres, although construction was not completed until 1975. It was built to replace the pesquera no. 3 (or L’Oca), which had remained within the grounds of the Club Natació Banyoles (swimming club) and was knocked down. It was located between 19 and 21, thus numbered as 19Z.
