Very small pesquera, with square floor plan and gable roof. It features a small balcony at the back with a rail for fishing, a small slit in the roof to let the fishing rod out, a travertine slab seat built into the balcony and a nursery or sort of cage under the flooring where the water ran.
With a functional, simple and austere design, built solely to store fishing equipment, it is one of the few boathouses that has preserved its original construction elements and has not undergone any significant alterations over the years.
