Completely renovated between 2019 and 2021 in accordance with the 1948 original project by the architect Francesc Figueras on a traditional pesquera.

It follows the canons of the Rationalist movement of the time and makes the entrance for a boat compatible with a very bright room that overlooks the lake, a false ceiling for a changing room and other services over the space occupied by the boat.

The project’s significant rationalist elements include the large continuous bay window, the simplicity of lines with a simple cornice, the horizontal tube rails and the roof pergola finial.
