Pesquera d'en Sarquella - No. 10

Rectangular-shaped pesquera built initially for bathing inside. From 1895 it was expanded to its current dimensions of 12x4.5 m, with the aim of sharing the mixed use of storing boats, with a side entrance, as can still be seen today, and also have a swim inside. Two years later, the gazebo on the roof was added.

The pesquera had a long life as a place of public baths in the early 20th century and it was the first site of the Club Natació Banyoles (swimming club). From the second half of the 20th century, it focused its activity on tourism and boat trips around the lake, as it still does today, although it is no longer privately owned, but belongs to the Banyoles City Council.
