A work by Francesc Figueres, also built on an old traditional pesquera from 1908, it is inspired by the Gimferrer fishing hut (no. 11), built a year earlier, with practically the same dimensions, 6 x 6 m, but with a different arrangement of spaces and style.

It presents a combination of work visible from the foundation and the plastered surface in white from the top. It introduces a courtyard in front of the building in place of the footbridge, as had already been done in pesqueres 5 and 19Y. It has a roof and a false ceiling over the place for the boat, something which is not visible from the outside, because the windows are kept at the same height.
