The building was built to shelter two boats to hold competitions and social gatherings.
It is a highly austere construction attached to the bank, with a rectangular floor plan and a footbridge in the back. It has a cornice with mouldings and a flat gable roof. By way of decoration, it has ornamental cups located on the pilasters of a false railing.
It has an entrance to the right side of the façade and two small windows on the left façade. Initially it did not have a balcony of any kind.
