Built in 1929 following the model of the Carpa d’Or (no. 19Y), this pesquera replaced a traditional fishing hut dating from 1874.

An initial renovation was carried out in 1935, extending the building perimeter by half a meter on each side, adding a discreet noucentist touch to the portal and a curved finial above. In 1950, the architect Francesc Figueras made a very superficial refurbishment that gave it its current appearance. He added two windows, replaced the curved railing and, most importantly, provided access to store a boat, an element that is currently missing.
