Pesquera Padró-Llinàs - No. 4

The pesquera Padró-Llinàs was built on what was, at that time, the only place where boats could be stored without being taken out of the water. With a square floor plan measuring 6 × 6 m, it features an intermediate wall that divides the structure into two sections, giving rise to a unique characteristic: a shared boathouse with two owners.

Renovated in the mid-20th century by the Banyoles architect Francesc Figueras, it has retained the original design features while adapting to changing uses over time. For example, a raised platform was added to allow a boat to pass underneath and be stored while also enabling fishing from above.
