The pesquera Janeret was built in 1886 and was initially used exclusively for bathing, with original dimensions of 6.75 × 8 m.

The current appearance is in line with the renovations carried out between 1929 and 1930, where the upper neo-medieval finial and a terrace with a balustrade railing are particularly noteworthy. A floor was also built on the space previously occupied only by the boats and two windows were inserted.

The two side gardens were added in 1893, with the aim of dedicating the interior only to bathing and the exterior to storing the boat. They are a unique and original element compared to the other pesqueres.
