L'É BO, É MEL is a Gastronomic and Floral Week that offers a fusion of local gastronomy, flowers and culture. 

Excellence in Banyoles is sweet-toothed. And in the local parlance, to say that something is very good, whether it’s food, an activity or a show, very often we say È bo, è mel (It’s good, it’s honey), from which comes the name given to this week!
