To celebrate World Water Day, this year we propose a photographic challenge to discover, while having fun, 12 little-known places in Banyoles where water is the protagonist.
The water of the Lake is the origin that has allowed the growth of Banyoles. It is the source of life of the city and has played an essential role in its development since ancient times. The water of the Lake is the soul of Banyoles where canals, washing facilities, fountains, mills and orchards have been or are witnesses to the passage of time.
