The Monastery of Sant Esteve is home of the most important elements of Bath's heritage, suchs as Altarpiece of the Mare de Déu de l'Escala and the Chest of Sant Martirià, masterpieces of international Gothic. After many years, the doors open to regular visits to these treasures and to the monumental ensemble that constitues the barroque church and the neoclassical cloister.

Saturdays, from 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
Sundays ang public holidays, from 10.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
BREAKING NEWS
Due to the coincidence of the nativity scene exhibition and the royal embassy, the monastery of Sant Esteve will be closed to visitors on December 27 and 28, 2025 and January 3 and 4, 2026.
