With the arrival of the Christmas season, Banyoles City Council organizes the Christmas lights switch-on ceremony.
This event is complemented by other activities such as:
- Projection of mappings by the INS Josep Brugulat, Pere Alsius and Pla de l'Estany. Fundació Estany and Fundació Mas Casadevall
- Christmas carol by the Veus de l'Estany Choir
- Popular chocolate (it is recommended to bring a reusable glass)
